What to include
These details let us find your miner quickly:
- Your Litecoin address (the one linked to your account, if you mine as
USERNAME.worker) - The worker name and miner model
- The port you connect to
- When the problem started, in UTC if you can
- For payout questions, the coin and the transaction ID if you have one
Keep your keys private. LuxxPool will never ask for a private key, seed phrase, wallet password or your account password. Do not send them to anyone.
